Individual sessions are offered to address a client's specific concerns and questions
to help the client move toward healing by offering tools and techniques to work through anxiety and reduce stress.
Topics may include: positive affirmations, guided meditations, breathing techniques, progressive muscle relaxation,
desensitization, Reiki, and Spirituality. Sessions are offered by phone or in-person.
