Wellness Consulting provides a means of achieving optimal health.
Individual sessions are held in which guidance is given to help the client move toward healing. Discussion topics are
prompted by the client, and guidance is offered by the practitioner in an effort to heal not only physically, but
mentally and spiritually as well.
Topics may include: positive affirmations, guided meditations, breathing
techniques, stress reduction techniques, Reiki, and a new perspective on life.
